The account that lets
you take the payment.
A merchant account is where your card sales land before they reach your bank. Ours comes with the methods, the currencies and the fraud tools already attached. One file, read by a person, priced honestly.

What comes with the account.
Everything below is part of the same account. You do not bolt on a second provider to get a method, a currency or a report.
-
Card acceptance online
Take the major card schemes on your site. Sales, refunds, voids and pre-authorisations all run from one account.
-
Many methods, one account
Cards sit beside wallets and local methods. Add a method when a market asks for it, not a whole new contract.
-
Multi-currency settlement
Price in the currency your buyer expects. Settle in the currencies your finance team works in.
-
Fraud screening built in
Rules and scoring run before the authorisation. The aim is fewer false declines, not a blunt block list.
-
Reporting you can close on
Every transaction is traceable to a payout. Month end stops being a spreadsheet hunt.
-
A named account manager
One person owns your file after go-live. They flag what your next market or method will need.
From form to first authorisation.
Onboarding stalls when nobody tells you what is missing. We work the file with you. Four steps, and you know where you stand at each one.
-
Short application
Tell us what you sell, where you sell it and roughly what you process. It is a form, not an essay.
-
Underwriting review
A person reads the business. We ask for what is missing early, so the file never sits in a queue.
-
Terms and approval
You get pricing, settlement terms and limits in writing. Ask about any line before you sign it.
-
Integrate and trade
Connect the gateway by API or cart plugin. Test in sandbox while the account clears, then go live.
Declined elsewhere is not a verdict.
Generic providers reject whole categories on policy alone. We read the business behind the category. Some files need more work, and we say so early. Others are approved once a real underwriter looks at them.

Complex verticals have their own route. Read high-risk processing for how we price and monitor those accounts. For the technical side of taking payments, see the payment gateway.
Questions merchants ask first.
How long does approval take?
It depends on the file. A clean application with documents ready moves in days rather than weeks. We tell you what is outstanding on day one.
We were declined elsewhere. Is that final?
No. A decline by a generic provider is a policy call, not a verdict. We review complex verticals on their own merits. If we cannot approve you, we say so quickly.
Do I need your gateway as well?
Most merchants take both. The account clears the money and the gateway carries the traffic. See the payment gateway page for the technical side.
Can I add currencies later?
Yes. New currencies and methods are added to the live account. Your manager handles the request, and no re-integration is needed.
Tell us what you sell. We will tell you what it takes.
One short form, then a call with someone who can answer on the spot. No demo required.
